The program includes placement in a Swedish gymnasium (high school) for a semester or academic year, a home stay with a carefully-selected host family, a diverse course load, health and accident insurance, and round-trip airfare.

Setting Description:
Sweden is one of the cleanest countries in the world. People love outdoor activities, including fishing, golf, tennis, sailing, swimming, hockey, soccer and swimming. Sweden is home to beautiful landscapes, and most Swedes live close to nature. In the summer, there are long, bright summer nights. The Midsummer festival celebrates the summer solstice. Lamb chops with potatoes, salad, and a glass of milk would be a typical dinner in Sweden.

Requirements:
Must be 16-18 years old at the start of the program. No previous Swedish language study required.
