Program Description:

Students enjoy complete immersion into a Mediterranean city and integration within a major Israeli university.

The Haifa Language and Liberal Arts Program offers students a semester in the vibrant and cosmopolitan Mediterranean port of Haifa, Israel. The program combines language study and internship options with course work at the University of Haifa and excursions in and outside of Israel. Students also participate in guided lecture tours of the Jewish and non-Jewish neighborhoods, tours of museums and cultural centers, and archaeological seminars.

Per semester cost includes tuition, room and board, books, visa fees, medical insurance and emergency evacuation insurance, program-related field trips and activities, and limited cultural reimbursement. Financial aid is available.

Setting Description:

While at the University of Haifa, students live with Israeli students in fully equipped dormitory suites in the new Residence Hall Village and receive a meal stipend.
