Program Description:

Interns in this placement must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. Past interns have assisted with documents such as technical instruction manuals, programs for international conferences, and journal articles.Some of the organizations accepting international interns may offer monthly stipends to offset the costs of living in Shanghai. To qualify for a position offering a stipend, interns must commit to at least 12 weeks with the program. The amount of the stipend varies, but it is usually enough to cover the cost of rent.

Accommodations: Participants have a choice of accommodation including private apartments, shared apartments, and host families. Interns can choose the accommodation that best suits their individual needs.
