Barcelona, is a lively and culturally-rich city in the province of Catalonia. This eclectic coastal metropolis is an ideal place for students to improve their Spanish skills, immerse themselves in the dynamic Catalonian lifestyle and explore Spain's majestic Costa Brava.

Setting Description:

The Summer in Barcelona: Spanish Language and Culture is an exciting short-term program that will allow students to build Spanish language and cultural proficiency in a wonderful Mediterranean location. Students will take an intensive Spanish language course and one Culture and Civilization elective taught in English at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona's Sant Pau Campus near the Templo Expiatorio de la Sagrada Familia. The program includes excursions around Spain.
