Program Description:

Classes are taught M-F by foreign school staff and incorporate grammar, culture, and oral practice to boost student's language proficiency. Homestay families and on-site directors help facilitate the learning process by truly immersing the students into the language and culture.

SPI offers high quality foreign language immersion programs for high school students in a small group setting. Students live with a homestay family and earn potential college credit by attending an accredited foreign school. Afternoon and overnight weekend excursions to important cultural sites offer students a hands on mobile classroom with professional and experienced teacher guides. SPI provides personalized and in depth orientation and predeparture assistance for all students and their families. Our intimate group sizes enable personalized attention from our on-site directors and teacher travelers that guide students throughout the immersion process.
