Program Description:
The University of Economics in Bratislava (UEBA), established in 1940, is considered to be one of the most important educational and scientific-research institutions in the Slovak Republic. The mission of the University, as part of the European Higher Education Area and the European Research Area, is – by the delivery of university education - to develop a harmonious personality, wisdom, goodness and creativity in human beings; to develop knowledge on the basis of creative scientific research in the fields of economics, social and human sciences, and so contribute to the development of a knowledge-based society. The main campus in Bratislava is a modern complex which meets all requirements that are necessary for teaching and research, as well as for catering, accommodation and physical activities of students. Lecture halls, classrooms, laboratories, computer rooms, special language classrooms, library, bookshops etc. are available.

Graduates are awarded the academic title Master of Science (Mgr.). Graduates are qualified for working in areas, which require high multilingual and intercultural skills.
